Cafe Writers Anthology 2010
Representing an array of individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, points of view, and writing styles, this collection highlights work from the varied members of a central California-based writing group that has been meeting for more than seven years. A 10-page glimpse of each member’s cultivated literary efforts is offered—from feminist ideas and fantasies with talking animals to experimental poetry and thrilling suspense.
Iven Lourie is a writer, a poet, and the editor for Gateways Books and Artemis Books. He is a teacher at Sierra Community College and leads the Café Writers critique group. His poetry and reviews have been included in numerous publications, including Miro’s Dream, SHORTS, and Yuba Flows. He lives in Penn Valley, California.
