As a travel journalist, Kate Silver is always on the lookout for her next adventure. She’s written about eating bull meat in Pamplona, Spain; waded in cranberry marshes in Wisconsin; jumped off the rocky cliffs of Wales’ Pembrokeshire Coast into the cold ocean; cycled from Chicago to Canada; toured Holland on two wheels; walked (a very, very slow and meandering) DIY marathon through the Windy City; spent quiet nights in monasteries in towns throughout the United States and met countless incredible people along the way.
