L'Ecole des femmes

Moliere’s 1662 comedy L’ecole des femmes  is considered by critics to be among his finest work.  The story of a man who is so obsessed by feminine unfaithfulness  that he plans to marry his young, naïve ward, whom he has groomed to be the perfect wife,  is a classic example of Moliere’s bold comedic style.
