Three things that made Black Dog Press acquire this book:

1. Terry Munro’s black and white photographs are completely unique and will question readers’ sense of reality

2. This follows another book which documented an earlier body of work from Terry, Empire of Illusion, also published by Black Dog Press

3. Terry is very well connected in the North American artworld. His work features in many esteemed collections, both institutional and private, and Bill

Jeffries, revered writer, curator and artist from British Columbia, Canada, wrote the text for Empire of Illusion (one of the comp titles)

Terry is a Canadian photographer who lives and works in Calgary, Alberta, from which Mesozoic Park draws its inspiration.
