Pepper Persley’s on her way to becoming the best young journalist around! However, her journey hasn’t been the smoothest. School bullies caused her to shy away from doing the things she loved, but that never stopped her from being herself and chasing her dreams. Not Too Anything is an ode to young people everywhere to turn every no into a yes and to pursue their passions, no matter what they are. You never know where your persistence will take you!
Pepper Persley is an 11-year-old reporter based in New York and host of Dish with Pepper. Since she started her career as a journalist she has reported for the ESPN’s KidsCast of MLB’s Little League Classic and has interviewed some of the top women athletes such as Sylvia Fowles, Natalia Vega, Renee Montgomery, A.J. Andrews and Britney Griner to name a few. Her work has been featured on CBS Morning, The Jennifer Hudson Show, Black Enterprise and Sports Illustrated.
