Olive's Angry Day
Olive learns she needs to clean her room before reading her new book, and anger rolls in like a storm. But like the weather, feelings come and go. This delightful take on a familiar emotion helps young readers understand that feelings are never forever. And when anger happens, kids have everything they need to manage that feeling. Friendly characters and accessible text introduce the emotion of anger and the idea that feelings can be externalised and managed, a tried-and-true method backed by the pediatric psychologists at Mayo Clinic.
Olive's Angry Day was created in collaboration with Emily McTate, Ph.D., L.P., Pediatric Psychologist at the Mayo Clinic Children’s Center.
