Jieun Kiaer is an Associate Professor in Korean Language and Linguistics at Oxford University. She has authored or co-authored many books on Korean language including The Sounds of Korean (with J. Shin and J.Cha), Start Korean (with H. Flint), and The Routledge Course in Korean Translation.

Derek Driggs is a DPhil student in Korean language at the University of Oxford.
