Pamela Nisevich Bede, MS, RD, CSSD, LD, is an open-minded and sought-after nutrition coach who has guided thousands of athletes, active people, and weight-loss warriors towards their goals of better health and performance. She works as a Medical Manager for Abbott Nutrition, maker of ZonePerfect nutrition products, and title sponsor of the Abbott World Marathon Majors marathon series. Bede is herself an elite runner on the PowerBar Team Elite and Brooks Running ID program, columnist for Runner’s World magazine, and author of the running for weight loss book, Run to Lose.
