Mental Health is very much on the agenda. This book demystifies a lot of the issues that can affect the majority.

Many self-help books, as well as seminars and initiatives, in the workplace are often misleading. The author has worked at postgraduate level in six top universities working with leaders. Every part has been road tested and the results over the last twenty years have been consistent and positive.

This book is about making changes towards a more and enjoyable and fulfilling life. It will help you survive stressful circumstances but is so much more, a dawn breaking in the darkness.

'Max Coates guides us through the potentially complex and confusing landscape of psychology and brain function.' – Dr Stephen Hughes, Consultant Physician

'This is an easy to read, informative and thought-provoking book on the theme of health and wellbeing.' – Professor Ian Craig

'A fascinating read, balanced effectively between academic research, an understanding of behavioural manifestations brought to light by real life stories and some excellent practical tips and encouragement as to how the reader can become more fulfilled in life, on many levels.' – Gary Neild, CEO, Blue Sky Financial Planning

'Read this as an investment in your own well being.' – Professor Bethany Kelly, Director of Programmes, Faculty of Education, University of Buckingham
