The Wall of Kindness
Self-Compassion at the International Museum of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent
Learn how to be kinder to yourself—people from around the world reflect on what self-compassion means to them.
Visitors to the International Museum of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in Geneva, Switzerland, were asked to describe what it means to be kind to oneself. Forty of the 5000+ responses were chosen to help readers understand what self-compassion means around the globe. The original illustrated contributions appear in a variety of languages, with English translations. Supplemented with activities and games to strengthen self-compassion, this book encourages us to be kinder to ourselves.
